Beverly Grove was married to the movie star Charles 'Bubba' Kenton. In 1919, he forced her to abandon their daughter Sophie and she vowed revenge upon her husband. Her chance came after Bubba had been embraced, and he in turn embraced her. She reset his alarm clocks and he awoke to bright sunlight. Hollywood mourned the loss of another star.

After that Beverly took his money and went into hiding, judging it safe to re-enter public life in the late fifties and early sixties. As a B movie starlet she made one or two cult titles, such as 'Medusa Baby' and 'High School Venus'. She also did a great deal of photographic work.

It was on the set of High Scholl Venus that she met and seduced a young gay fan, eventually taking him as her lover and paying for the surgery that would remake Dagmar in her own image. They have remained lovers for years, Dagmar currently works as a hooker.

Beverly acts in a lecherous way when out looking for her next meal. These she usually ties her victims to the bed and consumes them in a sadistic manner. The remains are then diced and sealed in black plastic bags.

Though she is happy to have Dagmar remain as her ghoul, even her 'Thrall', she knows what Dagmar really wants is to be embraced. Although she has promised Dagmar that she will, she knows that it will come to pass sooner or later.
