Description: Hannah has been sent as an Ambassador from the city of Wassoon to The City in the Sea for several reasons. The most open of them is stop Jack Tenrec driving the poachers South into Wassoon territory. In return she is offering to teach The City in the Sea the more efficient Wassoon farming and fishing techniques.

Her actual mission is to gain access to the city libraries. Hannah is a scientist as well as a diplomat and her curiosity lands her in trouble as often as it gets her out of it. Both HannahÕs various missions and personality are often at odds with Jack Tenrec, yet just as often they work well together, despite finding each other exasperating.
